Production introduction:
SM
and SM-F high range reducer is a spray dried powders
based on sulphonated melamine polymers.
Due
to SM high range reducer adsorbs wet easily,
and usually the lump is occurred, the not contain
the long term fluidity, so, we have manufactured
the super flowing powder _ _SM- F super flowing
melamine polymers. SM-F is a better free flowing
powder spray-dried, not easy to lump or cake,
better safety of the storage, easier to apply.
Comparison to the SM, the comprehensive function
of SM-F has 20% efficient above.

SM high range reducer
and SM-F super flowing melamine polymer have the
better adaptability to various cement, gypsum,
aluminates acid cement. They are usually applied
for gypsum products, refractory materials, oil
well concrete, high compressive concrete, dry
mortar for ground, self-leveling materials, bumping
concrete, etc.

Technical data:
SM high range reducer
and SM-F super flowing melamine polymer are usually
applied for α-hemi hydrate gypsum,β-hemi hydrate gypsum
and plaster FGD, etc. High water-reducing rate will
obtain a high compressive strength. Dosage is 0.5~1.2%
by weight of the gypsum powder. SM high range reducer
and SM-F super flowing melamine polymer are especially
optimized for plasticity of the binder. Durability,
surface roughness and abrasion resistance of the gypsum
products will be improved when adding our products.
SM high range reducer and SM-F super flowing melamine
polymer have a better adaptability to aluminum acid
cement. Usually, dosage is 0.5~1.2% by weight of cement.
SM and SM-F can be applied in forming or amorphous chamott
bricks and refractory castable. It is especially adaptable
to lower cement refractory materials. Adding SM and
SM-F, the compressive strength and rupture strength
of the refractory materials will be increased. Also,
apparent porosity of the refractory materials will be
lowed, to advance density, to extend working time.
SM high range reducer and SM-F super flowing melamine
polymer are important element of waterproof, too. Adding
SM and SM-F, they can improve the impermeability of
concrete and mortar.
As dispersant of oil well cement, SM and SM-F had been
applied in Daqing oil field.
SM high range reducer and SM-F super flowing melamine
polymer can be widely applied in non-metal abrasion
resistance material (dry mortar), self-leveling mortar,
self-leveling colorful mortar. |
For non-metal abrasion
resistance floor based on cement
Non-metal
abrasion resistance floor has been applied widely over
various works, but all sorts of questions exist in the
process. For example, resillage, fading, floating alkali,
poor surface strength, poor wearing capability. Now,
SM and SM-F is a new type high range admixture, better
dispersible to cement and pigment in abrasion resistance
materials.
The primary element of
the product is sulphonated melamine polymers, formed
by spray-dried.
With a suitable
dosage, the water reducing ratio will reach 25% above.
In the non-metal abrasion resistance materials, it is
easier to slurry and can reduce the small pore in the
wearing layer, not easier to produce the resillage or
fading on the floor surface when adding SM or SM-F in
the polishing process.
Also, it is easier to obtain the early strength when
adding SM or SM-F, the maintainable time can be reduced.
The durability is better.
SM and SM-F are a white powder form that it is no influence
in the process of the matching colors for non-metal
abrasion resistance materials. Especially, it is not
influence to anticipative color for the green pigments
materials when adding SM or SM-F.
SM or SM-F has a better dispersibility to various cement,
and has a better dispersibility to all kinds of pigments.
SM has a wide adaptable to various cement, especially,
it has a better dispersant to calcium aluminates cement.
SM is good to the adaptability of the all kinds of mineral
admixture, for example, silicon, gangue, zeolite powder.
SM is also applied in the self-leveling slag binders
widely. |

With
the developing of the science and technology, raising
a higher request for the refractory material .Especially
the application of low cement amount and super low
cement amount refractory pouring materials obtained
a long development, also raising a higher request
for the dispersant of cement.SM-F superplasticizer
is the polymers based on sulphonated melamine formaldehyde,
the flowing dry powder formed by spray-dried. The
usual dosage is 0.5-1.5% in relation to the weight
of the cement. It can be applied in forming or amorphous
chamott bricks and refractory castable, gunning materials,
stuffing materials, etc.
▇ SM-F
superplasticizer has a better adaptability to various
cement. Especially, it has extremely better compatibility
and dispersible performance to pure calcium aluminates
cement and sulphoaluminate cement.
▇ Has a high
water reducing ratio. In the refractory pouring castable,
when the dosage of SM-F superplasticizer reaches a
suitable condition, water reducing ratio will be reach
more than 30%.
▇ In the refractory
pouring castable, the fluidity and consistency of
the mortar will be improved when adding the SM-F superplasticizer.
Also, after the refractory pouring materials molded,
their volume density, apparent pore ratio, compressive
strength, folding strength, refractory temperature
can be distinctly improved all.

SM-F superplasticizer has a better adaptability to
all kinds of refractory materials, could improve all
sorts of the economical technical specification of
the refractory materials, and could extend the service
life of the refractory materials obviously.
